What is TAT?
TAT (turnaround time) is how long it takes from orders placed to orders receiving their shipping labels and starting their journey through the mail delivery system.
Current TAT is 12 weeks.
What sizes do you offer?
Sizes range from babies to kids to mamas!

What carrier do you use for shipping?

Do you offer refunds and/or returns?
Refunds are only offered if a mistake is made that Zolie is responsible for.
You have 14 days from the time of delivery to report an issue with your Zolie order.
Item must be unwashed and unworn and free of any defects outside of something Zolie is responsible for as well as original tags still attached to garments to qualify for a full refund. As well, refunds will not be issued until item is received back at HQ and garment can be assessed.
Due to the nature of all garments being made to order and custom to you, refunds are only allowed on flaws and defects due to our mistakes in making them.
Do you offer alterations?
Zolie is happy to offer alterations for a fee. Fee will be assessed during consultation. Customer assumes responsibility of return postage to Zolie as well as postage to send back to you from HQ.
